Tiltify is one of the most powerful platforms for Creators to fundraise for charity - 3x more effective than Facebook Fundraising and other charity platforms. They just launched their competitor to GoFundMe.

What makes it special for Creators?

It’s livestreaming-enabled (Twitch and YouTube), and has features to increase money raised like community milestones and rewards - features that you don’t see on dinosaur platforms like GoFundMe.

Next week, I’ll be interviewing Tiltify founder Michael Wasserman to get more in the weeds, but for now, if you’re considering raising money for anything — from a creative project to medical bills, check them out.

[Editorial note: Tiltify did not sponsor this post, but my consulting firm, Partner with Creators, is proudly leading the marketing efforts for the launch of Tiltify Personal. I’ve known Michael for 10 years and I love anything that disrupts billion-dollar dinosaurs - in this case, GoFundMe.]

Here’s a new way to make money with an audience: Host group travel experiences for them!

Over the last year, I’ve seen several Creators host trips with their communities as a way of generating income. Fans pay for a travel experience to a beautiful / interesting destination and the Creator acts as their guide. Trova is the platform many of these Creators are using to host monetized community trips!

It’s not just travel Creators either - anyone with a community can do it. Trova makes it easy with a marketplace of vetted local experts, itineraries, and planners, so you know it’ll be a great experience for everyone. They’ve already helped about 700 creators book more than 7,000 trips (that includes 30,000+ travelers)!

Ready to see the world while getting paid? Travel with your community now.

Whatever you think of OnlyFans, it is the single biggest Creator monetization platform that isn’t Google- or Meta-owned.

Everyone can learn something from OnlyFans and its Creators. For example:

  • Most high-earning Creators don’t monetize through subscriptions - they use subscriptions as a mid-funnel small-money transaction to find those hungriest for the end product, and then they upsell upsell upsell.

  • OnlyFans crushes Patreon’s economics because they don’t pay app store fees and have had transactions built in to enable subscriber upselling since the very beginning.

This article does a phenomenal job of breaking down the economics of the platform, including the highly skewed income distribution, as well as the tactical approach most successful Creators use to maximize earnings.
