VidCon is next week!

If you really want to go, but are having trouble with the $272 Creator Pass price, join Creator Access Network for $99 instead.

I’ve partnered with Pop.Store to give the next five people that join a free Creator pass. That’s a 63% discount + a fancy dinner and open bar (more below) - and even if you don’t end up going, you’ll save thousands as you grow your Creator business.

Here’s how I’m showing up at VidCon and where you can find me if you want to say hi.

BTW if you’re going and want to know where the parties are at, read till the end to get Ryan’s party planning grid : forms.gle/23bBjWgzbRN6J68u9

Where to find me

This may be my busiest VidCon yet.

Tuesday

Tuesday night I'll be attending both the Night Before VidCon parties in LA. The fact that there are now two of these has become something of a meme in my Creator Economy executive circles:

Still, since I continue to add new offers to Creator Access Network, it's important that I get in front of as many executives as I can, so I'm going to both.

I'll start at the one at the Lighthouse since I work out of the Lighthouse. I won't have to go very far.

I will then head over to the Official Night Before VidCon party hosted by RockWater in Santa Monica.

If you are an executive in the Creator Economy and you're not going to these Night Before VidCon parties, you're making a mistake.

Apply to RSVP to the VidCon-official event here and use the code CANVIP for 35% off.

Wednesday

Arrival

I’ll arrive around noon, at which point I’ll need to figure out how to drop off something like 400 cans of water at the Pop.Store activation on the Creator floor. They’re an awesome audience engagement and monetization platform with incredible AI tools; I’ve worked with them for a long time, and I’m so proud that this year they’ve taken the place of YouTube and TikTok to become the headline sponsors for VidCon!

Creator Access Network is partnering with them to offer free water CANs (see what I did there?) around their booth on the Creator track, so stop by if you get thirsty. Each can comes with a $100 lifetime discount on Creator Access Network.

Leadership Summit

As a member of the VidCon advisory board, I'm lucky to be invited to their annual Leadership Summit, a closed-door, invite-only gathering of the top executives and Creators in the space.

This year I’ve been pretty involved in programming it:

  • Introduced the Creators Guild of America, whose advisory board I am also on, to the programming team, and Creators Guild president Daniel Abas will be speaking.

  • Introduced my clients at Chronicle Studios to the programming team, and their CEO will be leading a breakout session.

  • I myself will be leading a breakout session.

At some point, VidCon should start paying me, no? 😁

I can't really say more about the programming because it operates under Chatham House rules - I'll be able to share what I learn, but not who said what.

Make sure to follow me on LinkedIn, where I will be posting those learnings throughout the day.

Party

Apparently Snoop Dogg is co-hosting a party for speakers and other VIPs with Creator management firm Gushcloud on Wednesday evening. Should be fun!

Thursday

Panels + CAN Membership Giveaway

I'll be moderating two panels with partners of mine, both on how Creators can use AI to make their lives easier.

The first is with Pop.Store, from 1:45 to 2:15 PM in Creator Track Room 210. It’s called AI Reality Check: Think You Know AI? Think Again and we will be talking about common beliefs, misconceptions, and realities when it comes to Creator usage of AI. It'll be interactive with the audience, so come by as we'd love to hear what you think.

Team CAN (her name is Lindsey!) will be outside half an hour beforehand, at 1:15 PM. The first 20 Creators to join the audience will receive complimentary one-year Creator Access Network memberships, paid for by Pop.Store, so get there early and find her for your free year!

The next panel I’m moderating is from 2:45 to 3:15 PM in Creator Track Room 210 (same one as before), with my clients Chronicle Studios, whose platform uses agentic AI to manage and optimize YouTube channels for some of the biggest media companies in the world. It’s titled Find Your Audience: Using AI to Grow Reach, and we'll be discussing how to use AI to beat the algorithm - which, in my opinion, is one of the best uses of AI there is (after all, only a machine can beat a machine). If you're struggling with growth, especially on YouTube, join us.

Dinner

I’m hosting a (free) tasty taco dinner (with open bar) for the Creator Access Network community, in partnership with my friends at Driff. Their platform lets you build deeper fan relationships while monetizing through chat, so we’re going to bring that IRL by building deeper personal relationships over a delicious meal and drinks.

If you want to join, become a member of Creator Access Network or reply to get an application link - all CAN members are welcome, but there are limited seats so applicants will be selected based on fit for the group.

Evening

I don't have firm plans for after dinner. I might stop by a few things and/or hang out in the Marriott or Hilton lobby bars, my favorite late-night spots at VidCon. I've met six-figure clients in these areas, and they’re ideal places to run into really interesting people.

If you see me, say hi, tell me you read this, and I'll buy you a drink.

Friday

CAN Membership Giveaway

Team CAN will be outside Creator Track Room 210 at 11:30 AM, ahead of the 12 PM panel No Team? No Problem. How AI Is Leveling the Playing Field for Creators. The first 20 Creator audience members get a free 1-year membership, paid for by Pop.Store, so get there early. This will be a good one!

Town Hall

I will be leading an Industry Town Hall on a topic of significant importance to the Creator Middle Class: The Creator Economy Is a Small Business Economy. So Why Don't We Treat It Like One?

This is a fully interactive discussion, and capacity is capped to 100, so if you have a Pro pass, join us at 1:25 PM in the Town Hall Room 303B.

Evening

No firm plans for this evening. There's a VidCon sponsor and speaker party that I will likely stop by, but I'm going to play the night by ear. If you see me, tell me you read this, and if it's not an open bar wherever we're at, I'll buy you a drink.

Saturday

I will probably post up in the Marriott lobby in the morning to do some meetings before heading to Room 210 for my last Creator Access Network member giveaway.

CAN Giveaway

I will be at Room 210 at 10:30 AM doing the giveaway myself this time! first 20 people get a free Creator Access Network membership. Sponsored by Pop.Store before the 11:00 AM workshop How Creator-Agents Are Redefining Real Estate with Content. I will probably stick around for this one because I think it's super interesting how industries with tons of solo operators are leaning heavily into content creation to drive client acquisition.

After that, I’m going to head back to the Marriott, stop by the lobby for a bit, and then head home!

It's going to be a very busy week, but I'm so excited for it, and I'm really looking forward to meeting all of you. Please DM me if you see me or reply to this email if you want to exchange contact info and try to meet up.

See you soon!

Avi
