There is very little for you to learn from MrBeast…assuming you’re a “grown up” trying to make a decent living through content.

  • You can’t live in your mom’s basement and experiment with growth-hacking YouTube for years on end the way he did.

  • You don’t have the resources to hire writing, graphic design, and data science teams to AB test hundreds of titles and thumbnails the way he does.

  • You aren’t getting tens of millions of dollars of inbound brand deals each week the way he is.

Don’t get me wrong - the guy is a genius, and he’s accomplished incredible things.

But if you are at all like me, you have bills to pay. Housing, food, loans, childcare, whatever - you have to figure out how to monetize your content right now.

Audience growth is important, but for people like us - revenue growth is much more important.

MrBeast is not concerned with revenue growth. His mission is related to audience growth. He does not seek revenue out, nor does he have to.

Revenue comes to him. When you’re #1 at anything, that’s what happens.

If money doesn’t show up in your inbox everyday, then it’s probably more productive to find and listen to people who are like you, but further along on the path to financial success.

The things they’ve tried and learned along the way are much more likely to be applicable to you on your journey.
